I went to law school at SMU in Dallas, Texas, and I'm currently a plaintiffs' lawyer for Wenholz | Dow. I wanted to try cases and I've gotten to do that here. That was my main goal, to try cases, to win cases, and to get people who were injured across Texas fairly compensated.
The cases that I'm most passionate about working on are automotive defect cases. Motor vehicles are extremely important in today's society. They get us from point A to point B. A lot of us can't even imagine a day not having a car to get to work, to go to the grocery store. But what comes with that is making sure those vehicles are safe, and that is one area of practice that I focus on at Wenholz | Dow.
It's important to have a reputation to try cases because it helps increase the settlement value of any potential cases you have. If it's necessary for us to take your case to trial, we will do it and we will try our best to hold anybody who should be held accountable that has harmed you.
