Grant J. Nicar

Born in Plano, Plano, Texas, just a little north of Dallas. Moved to Houston when I was younger, so a little bit of Houston in there, in Clear Lake area, but then back to Plano, to North Texas for my undergraduate degree in SMU Dedman School of Law for law school. Now I'm down here with Wenholz | Dow, P.C in Austin. You know, I knew, you know, just doing my research on the firm, it's definitely a place I wanted to be. You know, good trial lawyers, plaintiffs' lawyers, represent people, track record of good results and recently. Why does plaintiffs' work appeal to me? It's mainly just because I like helping people. And, you know, when you help a plaintiff, they often come to you because they have a serious, serious problem in their life. When you work with a plaintiff, you know, you develop a bond in some sense, working together to resolve this problem in a way that works for them and that can hopefully make a meaningful change in their life for the positive.
